Using the wisdom of your body to reclaim its balance.
You have everything within yourself to heal, we just need to reawaken your system.
What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is an ancient holistic therapy that involves the gentle insertion of very fine needles into specific points on the body to regulate the nervous system, move energetic blockages and encourage smooth flow of energy (Qi). The power and beauty behind this ancient medicine, is its focus on stimulating the body’s ability to heal itself. By invigorating the nervous system through acupuncture, we can support the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.

Amber Wyles, B.A (Hons), Lic Ac, MBAcC.
I first discovered the magic of acupuncture in my quest for overcoming migraines, which I’d struggled with since childhood. Acupuncture turned my life around, my migraines were relieved and I was converted!
I now hold a First Class Licentiate in Acupuncture (LiC Ac) graduating from City College of London, an institution renowned for its high standards of teaching and clinical excellence. My training combines a strong academic foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine with extensive hands-on clinical experience.
I take a holistic and personalised approach to treatment, recognising that no two people are the same. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to understand the root cause of the issue in order to resolve the symptoms.
I am fully qualified and a fully insured member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which means I adhere to their strict Codes of Safe Practice and Professional Conduct, along with participating in yearly Continued Professional Development.
Treatments

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a gentle yet powerful therapy that works by restoring harmony within the body. Using fine, carefully placed needles, it encourages the natural flow of energy, calming the mind, easing physical tension and supporting the body’s innate ability to heal. Rather than treating symptoms alone, acupuncture nurtures balance on a deeper level, helping the body return to a state of ease, resilience and wellbeing.
-

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is an ancient therapeutic technique that uses smooth, gentle strokes along the body to release deep-seated tension and stagnation. By improving circulation and encouraging lymphatic flow, it helps reduce pain, inflammation and muscular tightness while supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Gua Sha is both grounding and invigorating, leaving the body feeling lighter, more open and restored.
-

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a warming therapy used to nourish and strengthen the body’s natural energy. By gently heating specific acupuncture points with dried mugwort, it helps improve circulation, dispel cold, and support vitality from within. Moxibustion is especially beneficial for fatigue, digestive concerns and conditions linked to cold or weakness, offering a deeply comforting and strengthening experience.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a restorative treatment that uses gentle suction to release tension, improve circulation and encourage the body’s natural detoxification processes. By lifting and softening tight muscles and connective tissue, cupping helps relieve pain, ease stagnation and create space for the body to heal. It is often used to support musculoskeletal conditions, stress and chronic tension, leaving the body feeling lighter, freer and more relaxed.
